The routine operation of a weekly Family Council are outlined in the following tabs and links. Our model uses a standard agenda. The agenda has two parts the Family Maintenance and Life Mission tasks. A brief explanation is included to stimulate your thinking about your own family.
CAUTIONS: 1,You do not need to cover all topic at each council meeting. But they should be covered at least monthly. 2. Do not get hung up in Family Maintenance i.e. calendaring. You will never get to the priority item in the Life Mission tasks of the family. |

Family Life Missions TasksThe three Life Mission tasks are: Individual and Family Self- Reliance with six areas of focus with activities, Sharing Christ's attributes and commandments in service to others, Strengthen family ties with both the living and dead with family history.
