General Minutes note suggestions:
A minute form is available to download and use​. Recommend the minutes include:
   1. Family administration
        - Date and length of council and who conducted and prayers
        - .Note any absences​ and report on accomplishments and previously assign tasks.
     (Keep the task in the minutes until it is completed.) 
   2. Family Maintenance
       - Calendar with notes
       - Other assignment notes with individuals task
   3. Life Mission Tasks
       - Summarized: topics,  discussion,  with results and assignments
       -  Reports on previous topic assignments or projects and plan of action
       Previously assigned task reports  may be linked to the appropriate agenda item
Note: You can use  a copy of the Standard Agenda to also record the minutes but keep a record of actions.
Use of Minute form optional but useful when following the agenda.  (We used three ring note paper most of the time)
